A veteran from the outsourcing industry has over 2 decades of understanding on issues around, “efficiency management”. In his career he has had the opportunity to manage backend transaction operations, technical helpdesk customer service, collections for several fortune 500 companies. A passionate proponent of automation, he has brought his understanding to integrate Business operations, Six Sigma and automation to help, i Consultech gain global leadership in the solutions domain of the , ‘Outsourcing business. Managing several key positions as both a delivery and relationship leader, Sachinn has managed several Fortune 100 clients as GE, Dell, Bank of America, AT&T, Cingular Wireless and more at a time managing over 29 Queues, large scale operations spread over several geographies. His other experiences include a decade of managing Hotels Business development, and launching dotcom companies in the domains of travel and food distribution.
